Piękny, bieluśki kamień dziewczynki dostały od Darka Popieli, który jest z nami nieustanie całym sercem, jak ojciec. Darek od początku powtarzał „będą miały najpiękniejszy pomnik, najpiękniejsze macewy”. Pan kamieniarz wkłada swoje serce w każdy element wykonania. Prace idą ku końcowi i ubierzemy dziewczynki w białe sukienki macew. Wszyscy razem możemy dać im takie jedynie sukienki. White dresses of the matzevot in the Korzennik Hall and Rachela Pacher. Every girls dream of wearing a white dress, turning into a princess or a bride for a moment. Salomea and Rachel, stripped of their innocence, brutally murdered in summer morning , in August 1942, and buried in a hidden grave, will never wear white dresses. From the beginning of the fight for the memory of the girls, I was determined to erect a white matzeva on the anniversary of the children’s funeral, a symbol of their innocence blooming like ornamental flowers and cruelly interrupted life, like a broken tree. The girls got a beautiful, white stone from Darek Popiela, who is with us all the time like loving father. From the beginning, Darek kept saying „they will have the most beautiful monument, the most beautiful matzevot”.Stonemason puts his heart into each element of the work. The works are coming to an end and we will dress the girls in white matzevot dresses. We can all give them only such dresses. I am asking you all for help in restoring memory and respect for young girls, Salomea and Rachel.
